Avanti Hosting will install a maintencance update to Zimbra which powers our Email Plus service.

Due to this update, the Email Plus service will be unavailable for up to 2 hours from Thursday, 8 December 2011, evening, 8:30pm

We are currently experiencing an outage with our CDN service. It seem like the name servers for EdgeCast who provide our CDN service are current not responding.

We are currently enquiring with EdgeCast on an ETA for services to resume.

PIPE have an unscheduled poweroutage which has affected all our services.
This power outage started at 8:26am on Saturday 15 October 2011.

We are in contact with our upstream provider and PIPE to have power restored as soon as possible.

Power went out unexpectedly in the Pipe Brisbane Datacenter 1. The whole room lost power for a couple of minutes.

The servers are currently rebooting and should be available soon again.

Our upstream provider has been experiencing a distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack to their core router. This as impacted network connectivity to our servers between 22:00 and 22:45.

The attack seems to be under control now and the network stable again.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Our upstream provider will be preforming some maintenance work on Saturday, 20 August 2011 which will involve two short (< 1 minute) network outages.

• We anticipate the first outage of less than one minute to occurr between 17:00 (5pm) and 18:00 (6pm) on Saturday, 20 August, 2011.
• The second outage is anticipated to occur between 05:00 (5am) and 06:00 (6am) on Sunday, 21 August, 2011.

The above times are currently planned times and may possibly change. We will endeavour to keep you up to date with any changes.
